In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 56
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP32,300.00) TO THE ITEMS PERSONAL SERVICES UNDER GORDON COLLEGE TO BE TAKEN FROM SPECIAL ACCOUNT
OF GORDON COLLEGE

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (PhP32,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Personal Services under Gordon College to be taken from Special Account - Gordon College to wit:

Representation Allowance (RA) PhP 16,150.00
Transportation Allowance (TA) 16,l50.00

Grand Total PhP32,300.00

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 15 September 2006, letter of Ms. Elenita DL Angeles dated June 15, 2006 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 11, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino C. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance
