A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO AND SIGNED BY CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO

 WITH HANIAH AND ALIAH GENERAL MERCHANDISE REGARDING

THE CONDUCT OF THE CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

WHEREAS, Olongapo City acknowledges that the Christmas Bazaar is one of the creative ways of promoting the City’s business and tourism endeavors and an effective way to generate funds for worthwhile causes;

            WHEREAS, trusting   that this venture will provide benefits for the Olongapeños as a whole, that Sangguniang Panlungsod deems to ratify the Memorandum of Agreement signed and entered into with Haniah and Aliah General Merchandise;

            NOW, THEREFORE,  on motion of City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement entered into and signed by City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino with Haniah and Aliah General Merchandise regarding the conduct of the Christmas bazaar.
