In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the fonowing Ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 99 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS (PHP31,775.00) FROM THE TRUST FUND TO GENERAL FUND FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE INSURANCE COVERAGE OF ALL GORDON COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR THE PERIOD AUGUST 5,2003 TO AUGUST 5, 2004.

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT;

SECTION 1. The amount of Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (PhP31, 775.00) is hereby reverled from the Trust Fund out of collections frulll Tuition Fees of Gordon College to the item Insurance Expense under (MOOE) Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses or Gordon College.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated August 25, 2003, letter request of Mr. Roderick S. Tan, CPA, MBA, Acting Finance Officer of Gordon College, dated August 6, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated August 27, 2003 by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
