RESOLUTION NO. 79
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND IMPLEMENTING THE HOUSE RULES
OF THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Mall which commenced its operations on May 1, 2004 was constructed to respond to the growing demands of the consuming public for a modern and convenient facility for shopping, leisure and recreation;

WHEREAS, the City Mall is situated in the City’s central business district which houses a wide array of shopping convenience with retail and service establishments along with amusement and entertainment facilities that cater to shoppers from the City of Olongapo and neighboring towns;

WHEREAS, as a revenue-generating enterprise of the City, the Mall should be governed by house rules and regulations to serve as guide in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Mall;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, co-sponsored by Councilors Cynthia G. Cajudo and Noel Y. Atienza, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to adopt, as it hereby adopts and implements the House Rules of the Olongapo City Mall.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a
copy of the said House Rules be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
