RESOLUTION NO. 97
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION CONVEYING DEEPEST SYMPATHIES
TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE BARANGAY PAG-ASA COUNCILWOMAN LOURDES LLORIN RIEZA


WHEREAS, former Councilwoman Lourdes Lllorin Rieza has joined her creator on August 6, 2005;

WHEREAS, her children, relatives, friends and the people of Barangay Pag-asa mourn over her passing away but celebrate the life that she willingly shared to them;

WHEREAS, she exemplified a life committed to community service as a Barangay Kagawad, Balikatan President from 1989 to 2002, and one of the thousands of volunteers who helped transform the former U.S. Naval Base into a bustling Freeport;

WHEREAS, the City recognizes the contributions of the late Councilwoman Rieza and joins her family in this moment of grief;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to convey, as it hereby conveys deepest sympathies to the bereaved family of the late Barangay Pag-asa Councilwoman Lourdes Llorin Rieza.
