RESOLUTION NO. 139
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BARANGAY CAPTAIN jose r. gonzales OF BARANGAY kalaklan FOR THE MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ACCRETED AREAS WITHIN BARANGAY kalaklan FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the shores along the beaches at Barangay Kalaklan have grown in size due to the increase of accumulated matter that caused the accretion of earth on the shores due to the natural course of nature (tides, Mt. Pinatubo);

WHEREAS, these open and accreted areas has been declared and reserved as site for Eco-Tourism projects of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor To Enter Into An Agreement With Barangay Captain Jose R. Gonzales Of Barangay Kalaklan For The Monitoring And Maintenance Of The Accreted Areas Within Barangay Kalaklan For The Benefit Of The General Public
