In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo co-sponsored by Councilors Bella P. Asuncion, Angelina B. Andrada, Brian Patrick H. Gordon, Anselmo A. Aquino, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez and Robine Rose C. Buenafe with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 01
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP235,000.00) AS PAYMENT FOR THE FINAL SURVEY OF PMD NOS. 1375 AND 1387 BLOCKS A AND B


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (PhP235,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Funds not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the proposed Land Classification Survey of PMD Nos. 1375 and 1378 Blocks A & B located in Barangays New and Old Cabalan, this City is available from the lot sales collection of the City’s Mass Land Titling Program.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated , and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated January 11, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
