In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 02
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP153,000.00) AS SEED MONEY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE SOUVENIR SHOP CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE PAGCOR FUND

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Pesos (PhP153,000.00) is hereby appropriated as seed money for the operation of the souvenir shop chargeable against the PAGCOR Fund.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable James Gordon, Jr. dated December 20, 2005 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated December 28, 2005 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
