RESOLUTION NO. 18
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF FOUR (4) BANK ACCOUNTS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES


WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer of Accounts from the Trust Fund to Special Accounts in the General Fund, thus necessitates the opening of four (4) new bank accounts with the Development Bank of the Philippines.

WHEREAS, these accounts will be used by the Gordon College, City Mall, Olongapo City Convention Center/City Museum and James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it is hereby authorizes the opening of four (4) bank accounts with the Development Bank of the Philippines under the General fund for Gordon College, City Mall, Olongapo City Convention Center/City Museum and James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the letter of the City Treasurer, Marcelino D. Andawi be made as integral part of this resolution.

Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Development Bank of the Philippines for their information and record.
