A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MAYOR, JAMES GORDON, JR. TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE OLONGAPO CITY PUBLIC MARKET STALLHOLDERS ASSOCIATION
FOR THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE OLONGAPO CITY PUBLIC MARKET COMFORT ROOM


WHEREAS, since the Olongapo City Public Market Stallholders Association knew for a fact the ins and outs of the market’s daily operation, it will be best if their members will be the ones to maintain the cleanliness of its surroundings, moreso of the public market’s comfort room;

WHEREAS, due to the abovementioned, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems that granting an authority to the City Mayor to enter into an agreement with the said stallholders as regards to the management of the Olongapo City Public Market comfort room is necessary;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Brian Patrick H. Gordon, co-sponsored by Councilors Marey Beth D. Marzan and John Carlos G. Delos Reyes, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes City Mayor, James Gordon, Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Olongapo City Public Market Stallholders Association for the operation and management of the Olongapo City Public Market comfort room.
