RESOLUTION NO. 125

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING SINCEREST GRATITUDE TO THE ALTRUISTIC AND PROFOUND CONTRIBUTION OF MR. RONALDO P. TIOTUICO, DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM (DOT) III IN THE TOURISM AWARENESS SEMINAR AND STRATEGIC PLANNING HELD LAST AUGUST 30, 2007.

WHEREAS, Mr. Ronaldo P. Tiotuico, Regional Director of the Department of Tourism III, has been chosen as one of the two speakers for the Tourism Awareness Seminar and Strategic Planning spearheaded by the City Tourism Office held last August 30, 2007 at the Olongapo City Convention Center;

WHEREAS, as the Regional Director of Region III, he had profoundly and completely discussed the updates of Tourism Situationers, both abroad and local, Planning Ecotourism Products and Overview of Tourism in Central Luzon;

WHEREAS, his invaluable contribution to the seminar had shed light to Tourism Stakeholders of Olongapo City paving the way for better awareness of what their roles are in uplifting the very essence of Tourism: that is to generate employment and proliferate development and growth for both local and international communities;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to extend, as it hereby extends sincerest gratitude, to the altruistic and profound contribution of Mr. Ronaldo P. Tiotuico, Director of the Department of Tourism (DOT) III in the Tourism Awareness Seminar and Strategic Planning held last August 30, 2007.
