In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 62
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP250,000.00) FROM THE ACCOUNT PERSONAL SERVICES TO THE MEDICAL/DENTAL/LABORATORY EXPENSES – MAINTENANCE & OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES UNDER THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP250,000.00) is hereby reverted from the account Personal Services to the Medical/Dental/Laboratory Expenses – Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) under the City Health Department to wit:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated 19 November 2008 and from the City Health Officer, Dr. Arnildo C. Tamayo dated 17 November 2008 shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
