A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) ENTERED BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO REPRESENTED BY THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. AND THE ROTARY CLUB OF OLONGAPO CENTENNIAL REPRESENTED BY IMELDA RAMOS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEEDING HOPE PROGRAM AT THE IRAM RESETTLEMENT AREA IN BARANGAY NEW CABALAN, OLONGAPO CITY

WHEREAS, the City Council unanimously passed Resolution No. 142, Series of 2008 authorizing the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and between the City Government of Olongapo and the Rotary Club of Olongapo Centennial represented by Imelda Ramos for the implementation of the Feeding Hope Program at the Iram Resettlement Area in Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City;

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to ratify the said Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to herald its execution;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Angelito W. Baloy with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered by and between the City Government of Olongapo represented by the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. and the Rotary Club of Olongapo Centennial represented by Imelda Ramos for the implementation of the Feeding Hope Program at the Iram
