RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 15
(Series of 2009)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY ONE PESOS AND 11/100 (P86,841.11) TO THE ITEM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE – OFFICE EQUIPMENT UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS TO BE TAKEN FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Eighty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Forty One Pesos and 11/100 (P86,841.11) to be taken from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund is hereby appropriated to the Item Repair and Maintenance – Office Equipment under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the following departments, to wit:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated March 04, 2009 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds issued by City Treasurer Marcelino D. Andawi dated March 24, 2009 shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
