In the interest of the public service and on motion of City Councilor Gina G. Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVE, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 16

(Series of 2010)

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS AND 50/100 (PHP2,212,788.50) AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The Supplemental Budget of the City of Olongapo for Calendar Year 2010 in the amount of Two Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos And 50/100 (PHP2,212,788.50) is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made as integral parts of this Ordinance:

1. LBP Form No. 9 – Statement of Funding Sources (SB No. 2010-1)

2. LBP Form No. 10 – Statement of Supplemental Appropriation

SECTION 2. SOURCES OF FUNDS. The sources of funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total amount of Fifteen Million Four Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 50/100 (PhP15,403,199.50) shall be as follows:

Beginning Balance P13,190,411.00

Add: Income Sources

A. Local Sources

Non-Tax Revenue

Dividend Income (SubicWater) 2,212,788.50

B. External Sources - Total P15,403,199.50

SECTION 3. USE OF FUNDS. The amount of Two Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 50/100 (PHP2,212,788.50) is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget of the City of Olongapo, as follows:

SECTION 4. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5. EFFECTIVITY. The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
