A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION 10, 11, 15, 22 SERIES OF 2009 AND RESOLUTION NOS. 2, 3, 4, 5, SERIES OF 2010

WHEREAS, the Sanggunian Panlungsod deems proper that the following Resolutions entitled are necessary for adoption;

Resolution No. 10, Series of 2009 – A Resolution approving the offering of a culinary arts program

Resolution No. 11, Series of 2009 – A Resolution recommending Gordon College as Assessment venue for graduates of Caregiver Program

Resolution No. 15, Series of 2009 – A Resolution approving the new uniform of students of Gordon College

Resolution No. 22, Series of 2009 – A Resolution recommending the implementation of the Handbook of the institute of graduate studies

Resolution No. 02, Series of 2010 – A Resolution approving the faculty manual of Gordon College

Resolution No. 03, Series of 2010 – A Resolution approving the charging of additional Miscellaneous Fees in the institute of Graduate Studies

Resolution No. 04, Series of 2010 – A Resolution approving the proposed Guidelines / Procedure on the implementation of Scholarship Program

Resolution No. 05, Series of 2010 – A Resolution approving the proposed granting of Scholarship to Legal Dependents of regular faculty and staff of Gordon College

WHEREAS, it is indeed necessary to carry out the purposes and functions of the College;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Edwin J. Piano, co-sponsored by City Councilors Jonathan G. Manalo and Rodel S. Cerezo with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board Of Trustees Resolution Nos. 10, 11, 15, 22 Series of 2009 and Resolution Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 Series of 2010.

Let copies of the said board resolutions be made as integral parts of this resolution.
