In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Rexy Gregorio-Cruz, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 148 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND 36/100 (PHP197,409.36) FOR THE ADDITIONAL LIST OF PRIORITY PROJECTS

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION I. The amount of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Four Hundred nine Pesos and 36/100 (PhP197,409.36) is hereby appropriated for the Additional List of Priority Projects for the Year 2003 of Olongapo City, under Pakyaw Contracts, to wit:

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated November 28, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated December 03,2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall effect upon its approval.
