ORDINANCE NO. 141 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP70,OOO.OO) TO COVER THE BALANCE OF THE 14 UNITS OF CELLPHONES UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Seventy Thousand Pesos (PhP70,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not othef\vise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to cover the balance of the 14 units of cellphone~ and reverting the amount of One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos (PhPI27,OOO.OO) from Office Supplies Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) to Office Equipment under the Capital Outlay of the Office of the City Council.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Vice Mayor Cynthia G. Cajudo, dated November 13, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated November 19, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
