In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Rexy Gregorio-Cruz, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungosd present,

RESOL VED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod is session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 161 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINETY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS (PHP92,105.00) TO THE ITEM OFFICE SUPPLIES EXPENSE UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSE OF THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Ninety Two Thousand One Hundred Five Pesos is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Office Supplies Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital.

SECTION 2. This appropnatlOn Ordinance shal1 be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gorqon, dated December 12, 2003, with the attached memorandum of Mr. Ferdie M. Magrata, Hospital Administrator, JLGMH, dated December 10, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated December 17, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
