In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Rexy Gregorio-Cruz, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungosd present,

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod is session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 162 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE AND 13/100 (PHP3,212,381.13) PESOS FOR THE ADDITIONAL LIST OF TEN (10) PRIORITY PROJECTS FOR 2003 AND ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FOR THE THREE (3) ON-GOING PROJECTS OF THE CITY

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Three Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eighty One And 13/100 (phP3,212,381.13) Pesos is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available For The Additional List Of Ten (10) Priority Projects For 2003 And Additional Amount For The Three (3) On-Going Projects Of The City.

SECTION 2. This appropnatIon Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. (Jvrdon, dated December 15, 2003, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated December 18, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
