RESOLUTION NO. 83
( Series of 2005)


A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCRETING OF
ARATILES STREET, NEW CABALAN, THIS CITY AS PART OF THE PRIORITY PROJECTS FOR THE YEAR 2005-2006


WHEREAS, the approved Priority Projects for Year 2005-2006 include the concreting of road and construction of the drainage system at Aratiles Street, New Cabalan, this City. Additional works are needed to be done at the extension of the said street since the same is rough and muddy specially during rainy seasons;

WHEREAS, the proposed construction of a road and drainage system at Aratiles Street are deemed worthy of implementation;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, sponsored by Councilors Bella P. Asuncion, Marey Beth D. Marzan, Angelina B. Andrada, Brian Patrick H. Gordon, Anselmo A. Aquino, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez, Napoleon F. Capistrano and Robine Rose C. Buenafe with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;


RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as is hereby approves, the concreting of Aratiles Street, New Cabalan, this City as part of the Priority Projects for the year 2005-2006.
