In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 57
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 53, SERIES OF 2005
ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE CREATING A SPECIAL ACCOUNT UNDER THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE OLONGAPO CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY”

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT

Section 2 & 3 of Ordinance No. 53, Series of 2005 is hereto amended to read as follows:

All charges, fees other income and interests derived from the operation of the City Public Library shall accrue to the trust liability established

The fund shall be used solely for the City Public Library and shall be credited as a trust liability.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
