RESOLUTION NO. 100
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY AND
SUBIC BAY WORKER/VOLUNTEERS MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, INC. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE AUGUST 1-31,2005


In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Addendum to the Original Contract for Janitorial Services from the period August 1-31, 2005 with Subic Bay Workers/Volunteer Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. (SBWVMPCI).

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the signed contract be made as an integral part of this Resolution.

Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished Ms. Leilani C. del Rosario, General Manager, Subic Bay Workers/Volunteers Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. (SBWVMPCI) for her information and record.
