A RESOLUTION ALLOWING FOR A SALARY DEDUCTION SCHEME ON PREMIUM PAYMENTS OF MEMBER – EMPLOYEES OF INSULAR LIFE ASSURANCE CO., LTD. SUBJECT TO INDIVIDUAL SPECIAL POWERS OF ATTORNEY (SPA)

WHEREAS, the Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd., is offering its Individual Insurance products through Salary Savings Insurance Program (SSIP) to the regular - permanent employees of the City Government;

WHEREAS, the City Government acknowledges the benefits of the SSIP for its regular - permanent employees and agrees to promote participation in the SSIP of the said company;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor John Carlos G. delos Reyes, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to allow, as it hereby allows for a salary deduction scheme on premium payments of member – employees of Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. subject to individual Special Powers of Attorney (SPA).
