In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 31
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PHP42,000.00) FROM THE ACCOUNT SALARIES AND WAGES-CASUAL AND ADCOM UNDER PERSONNEL SERVICES TO THE ITEM EXTRA ORDINARY EXPENSES UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD

BE IT ORDAINED; BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:


SECTION 1. The amount of Forty Two Thousand Pesos (PhP42,000.00) is hereby reverted from the Account Salaries and Wages-Casual and Adcom under Personnel Services to the item Extra Ordinary Expenses under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to wit:

Salaries and Wages – Casual - PhP36,000.00
Additional Compensation - 6,000.00
PhP42,000.00

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
