In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gina G. Perez, co-sponsored by Councilors Rodel S. Cerezo, Edwin J. Piano, Angelito W. Baloy, Aquilino Y. Cortez, Jr. Anselmo A. Aquino, Elena C. Dabu and Cheenee F. Hoya, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 32
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS (PHP632, 304.00) FOR THE PERSONAL SERVICES OF CITY EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED TO THE UNIFIED LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT CHARGEABLE AGAINST LOT SALES

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos (PhP632,304.00) for Personal Services of employees assigned to ULIS Project is hereby appropriated chargeable against the Lot Sales.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon Jr., dated 20 May 2008, memorandum of City Planning and Development Officer Marey Beth Marzan, dated 19 May 2008 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds from the City Treasurer Marcelino Andawi dated 20 May 2008 be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
