In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 68
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (PhP231,600.00) FROM THE ITEM CAPITAL OUTLAY TO THE ITEM SCHOOL SUPPLIES – MAINTENANCE & OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES ALL UNDER THE RELATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE (RLE) ACCOUNT OF GORDON COLLEGE


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP231,600.00) is hereby reverted from the item Capital Outlay to the item School Supplies – Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) all under the Related Learning Experience (RLE) Account of Gordon College, to wit:

School Building PhP131,600.00
Library Books 100,000.00
Total PhP231,600.00


SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated 02 December 2008 and letter from the College President, Ms. Arlida Pame dated 25 November 2008 shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
