In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 01
(Series of 2009)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS (P651,304.00) FOR THE EXTENSION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES ASSIGNED IN THE UNIFIED LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM (ULIS/AUSAID) PROJECT UNDER THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CPDO) TO BE GENERATED FROM THE SALE OF GOVERNMENT LOTS UNDER THE TRUST FUND ACCOUNT

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Six Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos to be generated from the sale of government lots under the Trust Fund Account is hereby appropriated for the extension of services of employees assigned in the ULIS/AUSAID project under the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), to wit:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon Jr., dated 6 January 2009, Memorandum #29-1103 dated November 03, 2008 from Ms. Marey Beth D. Marzan, City Planning & Development Officer and Certification dated January 7, 2009 from Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be effective January 2009.
