In the interest of the public service and on motion of City Councilor Aquilino Y. Cortez, Jr. , with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 06

(Series of 2010)

AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING PORTION OF GRAHAM STREET OF BARANGAY EAST BAJAC-BAJAC TO TRAFFIC (FROM 20TH STREET TO 21ST STREET) FROM JANUARY 23, 2010 AT 6:00 PM UNTIL THE WHOLE DAY OF JANUARY 24, 2010 TO SERVE AS VENUE FOR THE CELEBRATION OF THE FEAST DAY OF INA POON BATO

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. Graham Street, Barangay East Bajac-Bajac, from 20th to 21st St., is hereby declared temporarily closed from January 23, 2010 at 6:00 pm onward the whole day of January 24, 2010.

SECTION 2. The said temporary closure, as requested by the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Toka 12, Olongapo and Zambales Chapter in celebration of the Feast Day of Ina Poon Bato..

SECTION 3. Re–routing of vehicles as outlined and sketched by the Office of the Traffic Management and Public Safety shall be an integral part of this measure.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
