            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 04

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REVERSION OF FUND IN THE AMOUNT

 OF TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP2,900,000.00)

FROM THE ITEM FOOD SUPPLIES EXPENSE - MAINTENANCE & OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES TO THE ITEM OTHER MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENT - CAPITAL OUTLAY BOTH UNDER THE DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND  OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1.  The reversion of fund in the amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,900,000.00) from the item Food Supplies Expense - Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses to the item Other Machineries And Equipment - Capital Outlay both under the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund of the Office of the City Mayor is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of this Ordinance:

1.       LBP Form No. 9 – Statement of Funding Sources

2.       LBP Form No. 10 – Statement of Supplemental Appropriation

SECTION 2.  Sources of Funds.  The source of funds for the Supplemental Budget shall be taken from  the amount of Four Million One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 23/100 (PhP4,184,533.23)  shall be as follows:

Unappropriated Balance	1,284,533.23
Add:
1.0 New Revenue Sources
2.0  Realignment / Reversion (Food Supplies Expenses – Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses)	2,900,000.00
Total	P4,184,533.23

SECTION 3.  Use of Funds.  The amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,900,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget of the City of Olongapo, as follows:

SECTION 4. Separability Clause.  If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5.  Effectivity.  The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
