RESOLUTION NO. 04

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HON. ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE REPRESENTED BY ENGR. OLIVER C. MACASPAC, REGIONAL  DIRECTOR REGARDING THE LEASE OF THE 140-SQUARE METER OFFICE SPACE AT THE 2^ND FLOOR OF THE JAMES L. GORDON AVENUE MARKET AND  MALL

            WHEREAS, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) leases a space at the second floor of the Pag-asa Market, now the James L. Gordon Avenue Market & Mall since year 2007,

            WHEREAS, the City sees the benefits of LTO’s Station and accessibility to the public at the said location and as such a lease rental agreement is deemed necessary;

            NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of  City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, co-sponsored by Councilor Edna A. Elane,  with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the  Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby authorizes  the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the Land Transportation Office, represented by Engr. Oliver C. Macaspac, Regional Director, regarding the lease of the 140-square meter office space at the 2^nd floor of the James L. Gordon Avenue Market and Mall.
