In the interest of the public service and on motion of City Councilor Elena C. Dabu, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO.  31

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF

THREE MILLION PESOS (Php3,000,000.00) AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 2014-4 (LEE) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2014

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBED, THAT:

SECTION 1.  The Supplemental Budget No. 2014-4(LEE) of the City of Olongapo for Calendar Year 2014 in the amount of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of this Ordinance:

1.      LBP Form No. 9 – Statement of Funding Sources

2.      LBP Form No. 10 – Statement of Supplemental Appropriation

SECTION 2.  Sources of Funds.  The source of fund for the Supplemental Budget in the amount of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) shall be taken from the Additional Revenue Sources – Scholarship Fees of Gordon College.

SECTION 3.  Use of Funds.  The amount of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00)  is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget of Gordon College, as follows:

SECTION 4. Separability Clause.  If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5.  Effectivity.  The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
