A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING MR. RODERICK TADEO PH. D., WHO RANKED 10^TH PLACE IN THE NATIONAL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR SCHOOL HEADS (NQESH) HELD ON THE 12^TH DAY OF JANUARY 2014

WHEREAS, the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) administers and conducts National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH), also known as the Principal's Test, serves as a mechanism for selecting school heads in the public education sector. The Principal's Test is open to all interested applicants for Principal I positions;

WHEREAS, NQESH was administered on January 12, 2014 with the total of 13,618 examinees from different regions of the Philippines;

WHEREAS, the Department of Education noted that the January 2014 NQESH exam cut-off score will be at percentile 90 and it will be based upon the total standard score acquired by the examinees in all performance area covered by the examination;

WHEREAS, Mr. Roderick A. Tadeo, Ph. D., a Education Program Supervisor  of DepEd’s Schools Division Office of Olongapo City ranked 10^th place from among 1, 301 examinees with an over-all score of 99.68;

WHEREAS, Mr.Tadeo also passed the Career Executive Service (CES) Written Examination conducted on June 7, 2015 with a rating of 83.46 percent and making him qualified for the second stage of the CES Eligibility examination process;

WHEREAS, the outstanding performance of Mr. Roderick A. Tadeo, Ph. D., deserves to be congratulated and commended for the pride and honor he has brought to the City;

                 

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to congratulate and commend, as it hereby congratulates and commends Mr. Roderick Tadeo Ph. D., who ranked 10^th placer in the National Qualifying Examination For School Heads (NQESH) held on the 12^th day of January 2014.
