A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE OLONGAPO CITY GOVERNMENT REPRESENTED BY ITS CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO AND THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP-SUBIC BAY BRANCH, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE), AS REGARDS TO THE ENHANCED SALARY LOAN PROGRAM OF THE SAID BANK

           

WHEREAS, the City’s leadership deem that a ratified agreement is necessary for the full implementation of the program;

            NOW THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Elena C. Dabu, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

            RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement between the Olongapo City Government represented by its City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino  and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP- Subic Bay Branch, Subic Bay Freeport Zone), as regards to the Enhanced Salary Loan Program of the said bank.
