A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED 2016

ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) OF OLONGAPO CITY

            WHEREAS, Section 109 (a) of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code, provides the functions of the Local Development Council (LDC);

            WHEREAS, the Olongapo Local Development Council passed a resolution entitled: “A Resolution Indorsing The Revised CY 2016 Annual Investment Program of Olongapo City” on July 29, 2016;

            WHEREAS, the said indorsed revision of the Annual Investment Program of Olongapo City includes the following additional projects/activities for 2016:

            NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the Revised 2016 Annual Investment Program of Olongapo City.

            Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished to the Department of Budget and Management for their reference.
