In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 103 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ) FOR THE SUBSISTENCE AND EDUCATlONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE BOYS AND GIRLS HOME

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1OO,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the Subsistence and Educational Requirements of the Boys and Girls Home.

SECTION 2. This appropnatlon Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The Certificate of Availability of Funds dated September 2,2003, issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer is hereby made as an integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
