RESOLUTION NO. 17
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE DEEDS OF SALE OF
SEVEN (7) DUMP TRUCKS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE MICROVAN INC. REPRESENTED BY ITS PRESIDENT, MR. MARIANO SONON AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO REPRESENTED BY HON. JAMES GORDON, JR.


WHEREAS, the Environmental Sanitation and Management Office is in need of additional equipments to be used for the collection of garbage in the city;

WHEREAS, additional dump trucks will enhance the efficiency of garbage collection;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to ratify, as it is hereby ratifies the Deeds of Sale of Seven (7) Dump Trucks entered into by and between the Microvan Inc. represented by its President, Mr. Mariano Sonon and the City Government of Olongapo represented by Hon. James Gordon, Jr.;

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of the Deeds of Sale of seven (7) Dump Trucks be attached to this Resolution.
