RESOLUTION NO. 50
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPHATIES AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF ELMER ALBANEL DINEROS, PUROK LEADER, PUROK 2, BRGY. STA. RITA, OLONGAPO CITY


WHEREAS, Elmer Albanel Dineros, Purok Leader, Purok 2, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City, died in line of service on March 09, 2006 at the age of 70;

WHEREAS, Purok Dineros will always be remembered as a man who devoted his life for the welfare of Purok 2, Brgy. Sta. Rita, where he spent untarnished years of dedicated service as a barangay servant. He worked with five (5) barangay administrations from 1973 up to the present where he exemplified loyalty and cooperation;

WHEREAS, as Purok Leader he showed a special and meaningful concern for the welfare and interest of the barangay constituents and treat them with utmost gladness;

WHEREAS, the City joins the bereaved family of Elmer Albanel Dineros in this moment of grief and prays that they graciously move on in God’s arms of comfort;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to express, as it hereby expresses sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family of ELMER ALBANEL DINEROS, Purok Leader, Purok 2, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City.
