In the interest of public service and motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 07
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE PESOS & 89/100 (PHP194,133.89) TO THE ITEM REPAIR & MAINTENANCE – SCHOOL BUILDINGS UNDER MOOE OF GORDON COLLEGE TO BE TAKEN FROM SPECIAL ACCOUNT OF GORDON COLLEGE UNDER THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred Thirty Three Pesos & 89/100 (PhP194,133.89) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund Special Account – Gordon College not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Repair & Maintenance – School Buildings under Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses for the Calendar Year 2007.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated17 November 2006, letter of Ms. Arlida M. Pame, College President dated 10 November 2006 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated January 17, 2007 issued by Mr. Marcelino C. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance
