In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 20
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE PESOS (PHP9,153,00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE ACCOUNT TRAININGS/SEMINARS UNDER THE MOOE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANGLUNSOD

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Nine Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Three Pesos (PhP9,153,00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the account Trainings/Seminars under the Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
