A RESOLUTION PROFFERING EARNEST REQUITAL TO THE DISTINCT AND UNSELFISH CONTRIBUTION OF MR. LEONILO C. AGUSTIN, TOURISM CONSULTANT OF SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBMA),IN THE TOURISM AWARENESS SEMINAR AND STRATEGIC PLANNING HELD LAST AUGUST 30, 2007.

WHEREAS, Mr. Leonilo C. Agustin, Tourism Consultant of SBMA has been chosen as one of the two speakers for the Tourism Awareness Seminar and Strategic Planning spearheaded by the City Tourism Office held last August 30, 2007 at the Olongapo City Convention Center;

WHEREAS, being a Tourism guru, he had substantially tackled a thorough analysis of what Olongapo City could offer in terms of products and services encompassing Tourism industry and what could be the possibilities of reliving the old Olongapo which is then recognized as the Music capital of the Philippines and suggested to make the city as the Mardigras capital of the country;

WHEREAS, his incomparable contribution to the seminar had definitely enlightened and imparted a holistic impact to the realization of Tourism stakeholders on the three important and basic segmentation of analysis in Tourism industry such as products, marketing and accreditation/standard;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to proffer, as it hereby proffers earnest requital, to the distinct and unselfish contribution of Mr. Leonilo C. Agustin, Tourism Consultant of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in the Tourism Awareness Seminar and Strategic Planning held last August 30, 2007.
