In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Elena C. Dabu, co-sponsored by Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 57
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCES APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS(PHP70,000.00) AS FUND SUPPORT FOR THE PROGRAM “SEARCH FOR THE HUWARANG PALENGKE SA LUNGSOD NG OLONGAPO 2007” CHARGEABLE TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND


BE IT ORDAINED: BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos (PhP70,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the City’s commitment to fund the program “Search for the Huwarang Palengke sa Lungsod ng Olongapo 2007”

SECTION 2. The project proposal and implementation be made as an integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. This appropriation ordinance shall subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 4. The Certificate of Availability of Funds issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer dated 30 October 2007 is hereby made as integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
