RESOLUTION NO. 01
(Series of 2008)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LIST OF CITY PRIORITY PROJECTS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008

WHEREAS, an updated Annual Investment Program (AIP) for 2008 was submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod amounting to PhP241,630,663.78;

WHEREAS, revisions were proposed on the above-mentioned AIP as follows:

a. Brgy. Sta. Rita - instead of Proposed Concreting of Road at Camia St. (Begonia St. to Filtration St.) will be Begonia St. from Filtration St. to Begonia Ext.;

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the said projects be approved as soon as possible;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it is hereby approves a Resolution Approving The List Of City Priority Projects For Calendar Year 2008.

Let the copy of the pertinent memorandum letter of Arch. Tony-Kar Balde III to the City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated December 21, 2007 be made as an integral part of this measure.
