RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 26
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR’S OBLIGATION OF GORDON COLLEGE AMOUNTING TO FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PHP586,000.00) TO THE 2008 BUDGET


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Five Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Pesos (PhP586,000.00) of the previous year’s obligation of Gordon College is hereby charged to the 2008 Budget to the item maintenance and other operating expenses.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 4. The letter of Mr. Dean Lubong addressed to the City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., for the attention of Mr. Johnny B. Choa, dated January 17, 2008, the memorandum of Mrs. Arlida Pame dated April 02, 2008, and the request letter of Mayor James Gordon, Jr. shall be made as integral part of this Ordinance.
