A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. TO ENTER INTO A DEED OF TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND ACCEPTANCE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (DOST) – REGION III REPRESENTED BY CONRADO J. OLIVEROS, REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR THE MULTI-PURPOSE DRYER

WHEREAS, the City Government of Olongapo in its thrust to improve the quality of life of its constituents by providing technical and marketing support to would-be entrepreneurs in the City of Olongapo, requested the DOST for a Multi-purpose Dryer;

WHEREAS, DOST-III is committed to provide assistance to the City Government thru its Grants-In-Aid Project entitled “Technology-based Enterprise for the Disabled in Region III”;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to enter into a Deed Of Transfer of Ownership and Acceptance with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) – Region III represented by Conrado J. Oliveros, Regional Director for the Multi-Purpose Dryer.
