A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SHARING AND ACCESS OF LEGMIS DATA TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD MEMBERS AND OFFICERS, CITY PLANNING, CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE AND DEPARTMENT HEADS.

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Panlungsod has passed Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2008 providing for the Computerization of all Ordinances and Resolutions enacted and adopted respectively by the previous to the present Sangguniang Panlungsod in line with the Computer Modernization program of the City of Olongapo;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Information System project is in its final phase and to realize its purpose of providing fast and efficient exchange of information and other worthwhile purposes, the council finds it necessary to share and allow access to the system by the officers and members of Sanggunian Panlungsod, City Planning Office, Mayor’s Office , Department Heads and other pertinent offices;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the sharing and access of LegMIS data to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members and Officers, City Planning, City Mayor’s Office and Department Heads.
