A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ANSELMO E. BARRERA, JR. ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE III, SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON HIS SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS LEADING TO THE RESCUE OF A 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL FROM THE HAND OF HER PERPETRATOR
WHEREAS, last November 15, 2011, the Olongapo Police Station 4 as well as Barangay New Cabalan, this city received a report that a 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped at the Pinagpala, Iram area;
WHEREAS, unmindful of the perils, he had provided driving services to the team composed of the police, Barangay New Cabalan and CSWD authorities as they rolled out the rescue plan;
WHEREAS, he braved the imminent harm together with the team who rescued the girl from the hands of her perpetrator in one of the far – flung barangays of Bustos, Bulacan;
WHEREAS, the commitment to duty he displayed in this life – threatening rescue operation is but worthy of recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to commend, as it hereby commends Anselmo E. Barrera, Jr. Administrative Aide III, on his significant contributions leading to the rescue of a 13-year-old girl from the hand of the perpetrator.
