A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF OLONGAPO ZAMBALES BATAAN TRANSPORT FEDERATION, INC. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Olongapo Zambales Bataan Transport Federation, Inc. applied for accreditation by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with the accompanying documents such as SEC Registration and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, the above-named organization has the corresponding SEC Certificate of Registration Number and Date of Issuance;

NOW, THEREFORE, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves, the accreditation of Olongapo Zambales Bataan Transport Federation, Inc. pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations;
