A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE INDORSEMENT BY THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) FOR THE PRIORITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS FOR 2012-2013, IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH LAW

WHEREAS, as embodied in the Olongapo Local Development Council Resolution indorsing the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan for the Priority Infrastructure Projects of 2012-2013, was duly approved on August 30, 2012 by the members of the Local Development Council;

WHEREAS, the action of the Local Development Council is sanctioned under Section 287 on the Republic Act No. 7160 and Articles 383 (b) of its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Joint Circular No. 1, Series of 2005 with respect to the development fund which is to be allocated for uses as those designated by the Local Development Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby adopts the indoresement by the Local Development Council of the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for the Priority Infrastructure Projects for 2012-2013, in manner consistent with law.
