RESOLUTION NO. 100

            A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF IRAM PUROK 5 OLONGAPO TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Iram Purok 5 Olongapo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as SEC Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, Iram Purok 5 Olongapo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Registration Number CN200403759 issued on March 11, 2004;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the accreditation of Iram Purok 5 Olongapo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
